यसक्रममा स्थानीय तहको निर्वाचन घोषणा भएपछि सक्रिय बनेका प्रमुख राजनीतिक दलहरुले इनरुवाका टोल वस्तीका स्थानीयलाई आफ्नो पक्षको समर्थक बनाउने होडबाजीमा एउटै व्यक्तिलाई दल पिच्छेको जिम्मेवारी दिने र प्रचार गर्ने गरेको पाईएको छ ।
जनसंख्याका आधारमा पच्चिस जनादेखि एकसय जनासम्म रहेको टोलमा संगठन बनाउन वस्ती पसेका दलहरुले ५० सदस्यसम्म रहेको टोल कमिटी बनाउँदा एउटै व्यक्रि चार पाच वटा दलको संगठनमा बस्ने गरेका हुन ।
एक महिनादेखि टोल संगठन निर्माणमा जुटेका दलहरुले सानो टोल वस्तीमा गठन गरेको संगठनमा एकै व्यक्ति दोहोरिने गरेका हुन ।
इनरुवा नगरपालिकाका १० वटा वडाहरुमा आउँदो बैशाख ३० गते हुने स्थानीय तहको निर्वाचनका लागि गाउँ पसेका राजनीतिक दलहरुले संगठन निर्माण कार्य प्रतिष्पर्घाको रुपमा हुन थालेपछि टोल वस्तीका एकै व्यक्ति केही पाउने आशामा फरक–फरक दलको जिम्मेवारीमा बस्न थालेका हुन ।
मतदाताहरु समेत चुनाव आउन लागेको जानकारी पाएर दलहरुले सहयोगका नाममा अनेक खाले आश्वासनदेखि रकम र भोज भतेर खुवाउने भएकाले भरसक सवै दलका नेताहरुको चित्त बुझाउने गरि संगठित बन्न थालेका हुन ।
टोल वस्तीमा कुनै पनि दलले एकलौटी मतदाता आफ्नो पक्षमा आर्कषित गरि पकड कायम गर्न नसकुन भन्ने रणनीतिमा उत्रिएका दलहरुले एउटा दल पुगेको टोल वस्तीमा आफ्नो उपस्थिति जनाउँदै संगठन बनाउने होडबाजीले स्थानीयहरु सवै दलको साझा कार्यकर्ता बन्न पुगेका हुन ।
इनरुवा ३ स्थित कुरुवा खोलाको डिलमा बस्दै आएका पलट सदा तीनवटा दलको फरक–फरक जिम्मेवारीमा संगठित बनेका छन ।
सदा जस्तै एक दर्जन बढी स्थानीयहरु नेपाली काग्रेस, नेकपा एमाले, नेकपा माओवादी केन्द्र, नेकपा एकिकृत समाजवादी र जनता समाजवादी पार्टीले बनाउने टोल कमिटीको पदाधिकारीदेखि कार्य समितीमा बस्ने गरेका हुन ।
इनरुवा ३ का कुसुमलाल सदाले चुनावभन्दा अगाडि नेताहरु टोल वस्तीमा नआउने भएकाले चुनावमा उनीहरुले दिने पैसा, कपडा, भोज भतेर, विकासका योजनाहरु सवै गाउँले मिलेर लिनका लागि सवै दलको संगठनमा सल्लाह गरेर बस्ने गरेको बताउँछन ।
इनरुवाका विशेष गरि दलित गरीव भूमिहिन टोल वस्तीका स्थानीयहरु मुख्य राजनीतिक दलहरुले आफ्नो रोजगारी, जीविकोपार्जन र आयआर्जनमा सहयोग पुग्ने आशामा आपसमा सल्लाह गरेर संगठनमा बस्ने गरेका हुन ।
