इनरुवा । सुनसरीका तीन निर्वाचन क्षेत्रको हकमा स्थानीय पूर्वाधार विकास कार्यक्रम (सांसद विकास कोष) अन्र्तगतको रकम प्राप्त भएपछि योजना सञ्चालनको तयारी थालेको छ ।
जिल्ला समन्वय समितिको कार्यालय सुनसरीका अनुसार जिल्लामा रहेका ४ वटा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र मध्ये ३ वटाको हकमा ४ करोडको दरले रकम आएको छ ।
संघीय सरकारले उपलब्ध गराउदै आएको स्थानीय पूर्वाधार विकास कार्यक्रमअन्र्तगतको रकम अघिल्ला वर्ष झै यस वर्षसमेत उपलब्ध गराइएको छ ।
निर्वाचन क्षेत्रअन्र्तगत रहि छनौट गरिएका योजनाका आधारमा सो रकम निर्वाचित सांसदले सम्वन्धित क्षेत्रमा खर्च गर्न पाउने व्यवस्था छ ।
सुनसरीको हकमा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नम्बर ३ मा भने स्थानीय पूर्वाधार विकास कार्यक्रमको रकम प्राप्त भएको छैन् ।
क्षेत्र नम्बर ३ बाट प्रतिनिधि सभातर्फ प्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचित सांसद बिजयकुमार गच्छदारको पद निलम्बनमा परेको र उनको स्थानमा कानूनले तोके बमोजिम जेष्ठ सदस्यले समयमै आवेदन नदिएका कारण रकम नआएको बताइएको छ ।
जिल्ला समन्वय समितिको कार्यालय सुनसरीका प्रमुख गोपाल राजभण्डारीका अनुसार जिल्लाको हकमा ३ निर्वाचन क्षेत्रको लागि रकम प्राप्त भैसकेको छ ।
सोहीअनुरुप सम्वन्धित क्षेत्रका सांसदले आ–आफ्नो निर्वाचन क्षेत्रको हकमा छनौट भएका आयोजना संचालनमा ल्याउन सक्ने बताए ।
राजभण्डारीका स्वकीय सचिव अच्युत भण्डारीका अनुसार रकम प्राप्त भएकाले निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नम्बर १,२ र ४ मा छनौट गरिएका आयोजना सञ्चालनमा ल्याउने बाटो खुलेको छ ।
भण्डारीका अनुसार निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नम्बर १ का सांसद जयकुमार राई, २ को सीताराम मेहता र निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नम्बर ४ बाट निर्वाचित सांसद ज्ञानेन्द्रबहादुर कार्कीको संयोजकत्वमा बसेको बैठकले छनौट गरी पारित गरेका योजना सञ्चालनको बाटो खुलेको हो ।
समन्वय समितिले दिएको जानकारीअनुसार निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नम्बर १ मा साना ठूला गरी ३० आयोजना सञ्चालन हुने छन् । जसमा रत्न मार्ग पट्नाली सडक निर्माण २९ लाख, खहरे तटबन्ध, टोपथूम्का मार्ग सडक कालोपत्रे, भूमिपथ मार्ग सडक निर्माण, बलबहादुर राई भीम बहादुर तामाङ स्मृति भवन निर्माण, बहुउद्देश्यीय सभा हल निर्माण २० लाखको दरले रहेको छ । अन्य आयोजनाहरु १० देखि १५ लाख भित्रका रहेका छन् ।
त्यसैगरी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नम्बर २ मा सञ्चालित हुने आयोजना ३३ वटा रहेका छन् ।

यसैगरी रामधुनीको लागि महिला सामुदायिक भवन, नयाँ वडा २ कार्यालय जाने बाटो, युनिक मार्ग कालोपत्रे,पानडाडा सेहरा खोला रामधुनी मन्दिर जाने बाटो ग्राभेल, रामजानकी मन्दिर निर्माण रहेको छ ।
यस्तै इनरुवाको हकमा शिव मन्दिर, रामजानकी मन्दिर खानेपानी पाइप विस्तार, साविक मधेशा ६ हँुदै जनहीत प्रावि, मुस्लिम टोल ग्राभेल, राधाकृष्ण मन्दिर भविन निर्माण रहेको छ ।
हनिरगरको हकमा ढलनाला, पशुपति शिक्षा मन्दिर, देवानगञ्जमा हनुमान मन्दिर, पाचौसिमर मावि कमपाउण्ड, नब भवानी दुर्गा मन्दिर, बज्रङगबली, कृष्ण मन्दिर निर्माण र आरसीसी ढलान रहेको छ ।
यस्तै निर्वाचन क्षेत्र नम्बर ४ मा विभिन्न १६ आयोजना सञ्चालन हुने भएका छन् ।
जसमा ठूला आयोजनालाई बढी प्राथमिकतामा राखिएको देखिएको छ । कोशी गापा २ मा कोशी टप्पु जोड्ने बाटो कल्भर्ट तथा स्तरोन्नतीका लागि १ करोड छुट्याइएको छ ।
त्यस्तै कोशीकै वडा १मा वीपी कोइराला अध्ययन प्रतिष्ठानको अधुरो भवन निर्माणमा ६७ लाख ६० हजार छुट्याइएको छ ।
हरिनगरको बशन्तपुर वेसक्याम्प जाने बाटो कालोपत्रे र बराहक्षेत्रको सप्तकोशी बहुमुखी क्याम्पसको अधुरो भवन निर्माणमा ५० लाख तोकिएको छ ।
यस्तै भोक्राहाको बभनी खोलामा साझेदारीमा पुल निर्माणको लागि २० लाख रकम छुट्याइएको छ । अन्य आयोजनाको लागि २ लाख ४० हजार, १० लाख र १५ लाख रकब तोकिएको छ ।
अन्य आयोजनाको लागि २ लाख ४० हजार, १० लाख र १५ लाख रकम तोकिएको छ ।
ती आयोजनाहरुमा गापाको साझेदारीमा उराव समूदायको मन्दिर निर्माण, मदरसा स्लाहुलको अधुरो भवन र खाल्डो पुर्ने तथा कल्भर्ट, अकाहाको अधुरो दुर्गा मन्दिर, पुलाहा बाटो स्तरोन्नती, बाङगे दुर्गा मन्दिर, विद्यापति स्मारक, पञ्चवटी पार्क , पुतोधारामा ट्रस्ट, वडा कार्यालय भवन र पुल निर्माण आयोजना रहेका छन् ।
