काठमाडौं । सरकारले बंगलादेशबाट ५० मेट्रिकटन युरिया मल पैँचोमा ल्याउने औपचारिक निर्णय गरेको छ ।

बिहीबार बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकले बंगलादेशबाट मल ल्याउन कृषि मन्त्रालयलाई सहमति दिएको मन्त्रालय स्रोतले जनाएको छ ।

‘मल ल्याउने विषयमा अनौपचारिक सहमति बने पनि औपचारिक प्रकृयाका लागि सरकारले बिहीबार निर्णय गरेको हो,’ मन्त्रालय स्रातले भन्यो ।

सरकारको निर्णयपछि दुई महिनाभित्र मल नेपाल ल्याइसक्ने प्रक्रिया थालिएको मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ ।

बंगलादेशले ब्लकमा (खुल्ला) उपलब्ध गराउने र त्यसलाई प्याकेजिङ गरेर ल्याउनकालागि फाष्ट ट्र्याक टेण्डर प्रक्रिया अवलम्बन गरिने मन्त्रालयले जनाएको छ ।

खुल्ला प्रतिस्पर्धाबाटै मल ल्याउने निधो भए पनि ढुवानीको माध्यम भने यकिन भइनसकेको मन्त्रालयको भनाइ छ ।

बंगलादेशसँग पैँचोमा मागिएको मल नेपालले ग्लोबल टेण्डर गरेर ८ महिनाभित्र बंगलादेशनै लगिदिनु पर्ने सहमति बनेको पनि मन्त्रालयको भनाइ छ ।
