जतिबेला नायक सलमान खानले बलिउडमा पाइला राख्दै थिए, सो समयमा सलमानको चलचित्रमा बालासुब्रमण्यमको स्वर सुन्न पाइन्थ्यो ।

‘मैने प्यार किया, साजन, हम आप के हे कौन’ लगायतका चलचित्रमा उनले सलमानका लागि स्वर दिएका छन् ।

दक्षिण भारतमा जन्मिएका यी गायकले आफू मोहम्मद रफीको फ्यान भएको बताएका थिए ।

उनले, भारतका सुपरस्टारहरु कमल हसन, रजनीकान्त, एमजीआर, साहरुख खान, सलमान खानका लागि गीत गाएका छन् ।

बालासुब्रमण्यम एक सफल डबिङ आर्टिस्ट पनि थिए । कमल हसनका धेरै तेलुगु चलचित्रमा उनले नै आवाज दिएका छन् । डबिङका लागि उनलाई २ पटक नन्दी पुरस्कार पनि प्राप्त भएको छ ।

यी गायकले एक दिनमै २१ वटा कन्नड गीतमा आवाज दिएर रेकर्ड पनि बनाएका छन् ।
