भारतको सर्वोच्च अदालतले सरकारले ल्याएको कृषिसम्बन्धी नयाँ तीन कानुन कार्यान्वयनमा रोक लगाएको छ ।

मंगलबार कृषिसम्बन्धी कानुनको विषयमा परेको मुद्दामा सर्वोच्च अदालतले तत्कालका लागि यो कानुनमा रोक लगाउने आदेश जारी गरेको हो ।

भारतमा लामो समयदेखि किसानहरुले यो कानुनको विरोधमा प्रदर्शन गर्दै आएका छन् ।

विभिन्न किसान संगठनहरुले दिल्लीको सीमामा एक महिनादेखि धर्ना दिँदै आएका छन् ।

उनीहरुले यो कृषि कानुन खारेज हुनुपर्ने माग गरेका हुन् ।

यद्यपि सरकारले भने यो कानुन किसानहरुको हितलाई ध्यानमा राख्दै ल्याइएको दाबी गरेको छ ।

किसानहरुले भने यो कानुनले आफूहरुले यसअघि पाउँदै आएको सुविधा पनि गुम्ने र पुँजीपति वर्गलाई मात्र यो कानुनले फाइदा पुग्ने बताउँदै आएका छन् ।

सर्वोच्च अदालतले यस विषयमा वार्ता अघि बढाउन चार सदस्यीय समिति पनि गठन गरेको छ ।
